The Aviva Women's Tour is almost upon us - five days of spectacular cycling around the glorious British countryside with the sport's biggest names taking part.

Lizzie Armitstead and Marianne Vos head up the provisional rider list and will be battling it out alongside defending champion Lisa Brennauer of Canyon/SRAM. World number one Emma Johansson of Wiggle HIGH5 and top sprinter Kirsten Wild will also be ones to watch, with 15 of the world's top 20 riders in the UCI rankings down to start.

The racing begins on Wednesday in the picturesque town on Southwold in Suffolk in a 132km stage finishing in the centre of Norwich, with the stage 3 Ashbourne to Chesterfield stage on Friday possibly the most scenic.

Don't miss the action - ITV4 will screen daily highlights of the Aviva Women's Tour with presenter Ned Boulting being joined by double European Cyclo Cross Champion Helen Wyman, who has raced in the past two editions of the leading race.

We'll be watching for sibling rivalry between sisters Hannah Barnes (Canyon/SRAM) and Alice Barnes (Drops) after Alice produced such a strong performance at the London Nocturne.
